HELP!!!!!!   We still need 1 more driver (3 more seats) for the meet this weekend. Drivers we have so far: Runkle, Eaton, Main, Franklin, Smythe. If you can help, please respond ASAP.    Thanks!!

 

For Bend, we will be meeting at MHAC at 6 am on Saturday. At that time, I will check road conditions at Government Camp. If it is raining or dry or snowing but chains are not required and there are not perilous snowstorms predicted for Sat, we will head for Bend. If chain-up is required or there is an ominous forecast, we will forget Bend and practice instead. Please check your e-mail for updates Friday evening.

 

Canby Mile:  The meet will be held at Canby pool, Gabe Vidal and Troy Thomas warmup at 9:40 (20 min), compete at 11:16 am. Matt Green warmup at 11:30 am and competes at 1:06 pm. Haley Schaeffer and Callum Mackintosh warmup at 1:25 pm, Haley competes at 1:46 pm and Callum competes at 2:07 pm.

Our coach on deck will be Jim Bowe. Please provide timer and counter.

 

For anyone not competing this weekend, practice at MHAC, 7 am Sat.

 

I have modified the practice schedule (4-6:20 pm) for tomorrow (Friday) to allow for the team meeting. This will become our regular schedule so that we can include the DDHS swimmers at team meetings. Next Tuesday, November 24th, we cannot have afternoon practice due to pool closure at MHAC, so we will cancel that practice and add Wednesday morning, 5:30-7 am at MHAC.

Saturday Hi Desert Meet (Bend), Practice 7-10:30 am if not in meet

Sunday  Oregon Top 5 Awards, Canby

 

Week of November 23  

Monday  5:30-7 am Weights/Swim, 4-6:00 pm  

Tuesday 5:30-7 am

Wednesday 5:30-7 am, 4-7 pm

Thursday 7-9:30 am (includes dryland)
