Meet Participation Policy –
Seniors/National Level Swimmers.
Meets listed as “Everyone” will be
open to all swimmers in this group, swimmers will be entered for
this meet by their coach unless notified via email one week prior
to meet entry deadline.
Meets listed as
“Qualifiers/Mandatory” will be mandatory for all
swimmers in this group and your swimmer will be entered and
expected to attend. Swimmers will be
excused from these meets if you notify via email your coach one
month in advance of meet entry deadline.
Entries for all meets will be posted on the
web site as soon as the meet information is made available from the
host team. This should be a minimum of
one month prior to the event.
Entries will be emailed to each family 5 days
prior to the meet entry deadline (after your deadline for notifying
coaches) for finality. Relays will
still be subject to change up to the day of the event. At this point you will be fiscally responsible for
the entries (relays subject to changes made at meet).
