Time Standards

The Niagara District uses “Gold”, “Silver”, and “Bronze” Time standard indicators - for complete list click here.   These correlate to the respective age group USA Motivational Time Standards for “A”, “BB”.

“A” Times = Gold Times

“BB” Times = Silver Times

Bronze Times are any time slower than the posted “BB” or “Silver” time standard.

The times listed in Brown showing a “+” (plus) are times that are better than the listed time standard.  The Times listed in Green showing a “-“ (minus) are times that need to be improved that amount to achieve the listed time standard.
