The Senior Development group swims 5000-8000 yards daily. This group is for the high school age swimmer who is serious about conditioning. This group is involved in a broad band training program that involves race strategy, advanced goal setting, nutrition, core strength development, technique, emotional and physical conditioning. Each swimmer will prove through their practice effort that they are ready for the challenges presented in this group. The objective is to prepare swimmers for competition in Junior+ and Senior+ meets. Swimmers will be taught about leadership and commitment to the team and mentoring younger swimmers. They are expected to promote the team and the sport of swimming. Swimmers who contribute their time to the team will be given community service hours. This is a great opportunity for swimmers to seek out their coaching staff job, internship and college letters of recommendation.

Speedo is our team suit & equipment provider. We are required to use Speedo products whenever possible. Please see the links in Team Store for ordering equipment.
