Video Development

The focus of video development is analysis and improvement of the technical aspects of stroke, turns, and starts.  Wednesdays are video development days for Bronze level swimmers and up.  The first eight swimmers to sign-up by Tuesday’s practice may participate.

Swimmers will be videotaped and will have the opportunity to review their video with coaches, receive feedback and ask questions.  Video development will also be used as a tool for advancement to the next training group.

Video development day cannot be used as a ‘make-up’ day to count towards monthly attendance expectations. Video development is considered supplemental work.
