Rapids - This group continues to build on the fundamentals while adding an endurance component to hold form over longer and faster swims.  Swimmers will race in local meets to learn about competition skills and make a connection between practice and competition, ideally informing purpose and igniting the desire to improve their abilities.  


Swimmers in Rapids will learn to use their form in mini-training sets and advance their competition skills.  Practices are offered 4 times a week, Monday through Thursday, for 1 hour.
