Adult Swim Group - This group is for adults interested in enjoying technique based swimming in a learning environment. Swimmers may be training for triathlon, fitness, or friendship and are led to discover their relationship with the water in the process of building stronger, healthier bodies. This is a participation oriented group, we may compete in pool or open water races if desired.
Practices are offered 3 mornings a week.
