This group is by Invite only, and requires swimmers to attend a minimum of 75% of the practices and do a number of meets. The senior group will be primarily focused on aerobic conditioning and training, much less on the technique as that should have been established in previous experience.
- Monday: 6:30 - 7:30 (Dryland) AND 7:30 - 8:45 (Swim)
- Tuesday: 6:45 - 8:30
- Wednesday: 6:45 - 8:30
- Thursday: 6:00 - 6:45 (Dryland) AND 6:45 - 8:30 (Swim)
- Friday: 6:00 - 7:00
- Saturday: 7:00 - 9:00
*Saturdays have a tendency to be canceled due to swim meets. Keep and eye out for communication.
