OUT OF TOWN SWIM MEETS

We have reserved blocks of rooms under the KING name at the following hotels for out of town meets. Please remember to mention you are with "KING" or "King Aquatic Club" or "Thunderbolt Swimming Fall Open" when you make your reservation. It is your responsibility to call the hotel before the closing date to reserve your individual room. The closing date is usually two-weeks advance of check-in date. There is no guarantee that rooms will be held past the closing date. Once closed, the discount rate might not apply and revert back to the full price rate. As many of these hotels have given us special rates, please be courteous and cancel your reservation if you will not be using it, or pass it on to another KING family if rooms are in short supply.

The Hilton Garden Inn Portland Beaverton is newly renovated as of May 2009 and offers the NEW Garden Sleep System in all King rooms! Included is a Fridge, microwave & coffeemaker in every room. All rooms include $5.00 breakfast voucher (maximum of 4). This voucher can be used toward a $5.00 discount off the full $10.95 hot breakfast buffet in dining room or towards a FREE enhanced continental breakfast in the private Multnomah/Rose Garden Room - 6:00am-10:00am (see menu below). Rooms must be reserved by Thursday, October 8, 2009. After this date all unreserved rooms will be released.
