The Lansdowne Lightning Swim Team is open to all Lansdowne on the Potomac children, ages 5 through 18 years old (as of June 15 of the current year), who are Lansdowne on the Potomac residents and in good standing with the HOA. The Swim Team is not a learn to swim class -- children 8 and under must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 meters) unassisted; children 9 and older must be able to swim two lengths (50 meters) unassisted.

During the first week of the Clinic, coaches may require swimmers to demonstrate this minimum requirement.  Those swimmers unable to complete the task will be given a full refund.**
