The Senior Group is the
fourth level of competitive training for TAQ. The senior
group swimmers are expected to attend 5 to 8 practices a
week. This group is for swimmers who are committed to taking
their swimming skills to the highest level that they can achieve.
Senior training consists of continued refinement of strokes and
technique with advanced drills and skill work. There is a
large component of dry land strength/conditioning and in the pool,
workouts can exceed 10,000 yards.
