Technical Clinic

TECHNICAL CLINIC:  Four week intensive program.  One hour of technical instruction followed by one hour of adaptive training for more advanced swimmers as well as the option to participate in an introduction to dry-land.  Covers all four competitive strokes, starts, turns, and finishes.

Fall– starts the Tuesday after Labor Day.

Spring– starts first week of April.
