Marin Triathlon - November 1,
2009
Asunta-Pacheco Kennedy and Jim Larson both
participated in and completed the Marin Triathlon which consisted
of a 1.5 mile swim, 40K bike ride, 10K run. Asunta did this on her
birthday - what a great way to celebrate "aging
up"!

Whiskeytown Open Water Swims - September
13, 2009
Sarah Fergot traveled a bit to get to this
swim at Whiskeytown Lake near Redding where they host a one-mile
and two-mile swim with about a 30-minute break between the
swims.
