Senior Group

Fall 2009 Schedule

Swimmers must be physically and mentally prepared to commit to consistent, higher training  year round, from September till August.

Females must be twelve and over, males must be thirteen and over.

Swimmers must be committed to swim at least two hours a day, six days a week. Double practices twice per week will be implemented for this level of swimmer.

Continuation of stroke technique and a strong emphasis in power, speed and endurance.

Dry land and/or weight training will be mandatory at least two times per week.

Practices will be structured towards state and national levels of competition.

Swimmers are required to compete in twelve meets each year with the possibility of Long course training in the summer as well as a winter training trip.
