Schedule
Swimmers must be committed to swim for two hours a night, five days
a week.
Swimmers will be expected to complete a minimum of 6000 yards each
night.
The focus of this group includes a continuation of stroke
refinement and i
ncreased endurance for all four
strokes.
Dry land exercise will be implemented 2-3 nights a week before or
after practice.
Gold level participants will be expected to participate in at least
ten meets per year.
