Schedule
Swimmers will learn extended freestyle and backstroke
swimming.
Swimmers will learn correct push-off technique as well as
underwater kicking in a horizontal streamline position on front and
back.
Coaches will teach proper flutter kick on front and back for at
least 25 yards.
Swimmers will learn correct dolphin dives and butterfly
kicking.
Swimmers will learn proper head rotation for breathing to the side
with full air exchange.
Swimmers will be provided with an introduction to full stroke
butterfly and breaststroke.
Swimmers will develop the ability to dive into the pool and develop
a racing dive.
