2009-2010 Information

We will be departing for FLL (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) on December 26, 2009 and will be returning on January 2, 2010. Everyone is responsible for booking their own flights.

The team will train twice daily in one of the 50 -meter pools at the International Swimming Hall of Fame . Each training session will be 2 hours long.

We will be staying at the Bahia Mar Resort, located only a short distance (400 yards) from the pool and directly across from the beach. Rooms cost $215 per night, including tax.
