Ready to dive in?

We are looking forward to a great year and are glad you and your family are going to be a part of it! Before a swimmer may participate in COOL activities, all fees must be paid and forms completed, signed, and returned to the team treasurer.

Easy Instructions:

1. Print off the appropriate registration packet below

2. Complete all forms

3. Attach check made out to “COOL Waves”

4. Mail forms and check to:

5. You may begin swimming with COOL when you receive confirmation that your paperwork has been processed. Questions regarding registration may be directed to jerickson@coolwaves.org
