the membership form (one per member). Click hereto download a PDF of the form. Forms and
payment for dues should be placed in the MSA Booster Club
mailbox located at the HSC pool or completed forms and dues
can be given to Susie
Snider.
Dues are
$10.00 per year per member. Membership in the Booster Club is not
required and is separate from MSA team
fees.
