SILVER
GROUP
This is the first group when the swimmer
starts to have longer swims and know how to keep time on the pace
clock. The following sets will be worked on in this group:
5 X 100 Flutter kicks with fins on the 1:55
10 X 50 Freestyle on the 1:45
8 X 25 I.M. order on the :50
This group will have a full
hour in the water to work on all of their new skills and endurance
in the water.
