Communication

 
Coaches will communicate with each swimmer and the swimmer’s parents primarily by e-mail.  In addition, the website will have important news, meet information (including non-participation forms, directions, entries and results).  Any other written communication will be filed into a large file box that is maintained at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center (MCAC) and the Charlotte Christian Pool. The file boxes contain a folder for each swimmer. Any written communication from the Coach will be filed in the file folder. Swimmers should check the file box after each practice. Most notably, non-participation forms for swim meet participation will be placed in the folders before each meet.

Coaches are very busy during practice at the pool.  If you need to communicate with the Coach, please either call the Coach and leave specific times they can return your call or send the Coach an E-mail.
