Mission
By providing daily physical and mental
challenges in the pool and teaching our athletes how to excel at
them, FCAT swimmers learn how to do the same in everyday life. With
the help of friends, family and mentors, FCAT athletes are learning
to work hard and reaping the benefits for life.
Vision Statement
The Four Corners Aquatic Teams will be
the premier aquatics program in New Mexico. Our journey of
ensuring long term financial stability and continued growth will be
a consistent path we will follow together. Any athlete can
achieve greatness and can become an exceptional person in and out
of the pool. We are not looking for exceptional athletes but
creating exceptional environments for every athlete, of every age
and ability to flourish.
Core Objectives
The Four
Corners Aquatic Team has adopted three core objectives from USA
Swimming. These core objectives establish the foundation of the
strategic business plan for our sport. FCAT encourages all members
to participate in the local, regional and national efforts to
ensure that these objectives are accomplished.
