      Legendary hall of fame swim coach Don Easterling hosted a swim clinic in Denton, Texas at the C.H. Collins Athletic Complex/Denton ISD Natatorium on April 27th, 28th, and 29th 2012.

     Nancy DiMarco, Ph.D., R.D., C.S.S.D., L.D.

Presentation: "Sport and Nutrition"

   Dr. DiMarco is the director of the Institute for Women's Health at Texas Woman's University. She's a registered and licensed Dietitian, and a board certified specialist in Sports Dietetics. She's a tenured professor with Texas Woman's University's Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences.

Alec Sanchez

Presentation: "Aquatic Awareness In Autism"

   Alec Sanchez, at the age of 18, was the recipient of the 2011 Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy Award. After learning of his autistic uncle's near drowning experience, Alec decided that he needed to start an adapted aquatic program for children with autism. Alec Sanchez shared his experiences in developing the program and the endless potential one has in having a positive impact on their community, regardless of age.
