2009 Fall/Winter Swim Meet
Schedules
Print a copy to return to Coach’s and also a copy
for yourself
For your general information:
1. Write your Childs’ name at the top. You may use one
form if you have more than one child - just make sure we can
read it. Mark in the appropriate column the swim meets you are
planning to attend. If you don’t know which ones are
appropriate for your child, ask their coach. We will help you
decide.
2. Please remember that all meet entries must be sent
in well in advance of the meet. If you
need to make a change on your meet sheet after you have turned it
in, do so as soon as possible. Sheets are kept at
the pool office. If you are unsure you can attend a meet,
please indicate that on your meet schedule sheet.
3. If you sign up for a meet and you do not attend,
you are still responsible for the entry
fees, if they are required for that
meet.
4. You are not required to attend every day of a 2 or
3-day meet. If you plan on attending only 1 or 2 days of
a 3-day meet please signify this on your meet schedule
sheet. If you don’t know about a meet, put a question
mark by that meet and a coach will contact you. Please be
as complete as possible.
