New Equipment to get for Spring:
I know that I did not require the swimmers to purchase pull bouys
earlier this year but at this point I believe it would be
advantagous to purchase one. We have been working with them at
practice to improve our bilateral breathing, strengthen our
shoulders, and work on our pulling through both swimming and
sculling. You can purchase the bouys at B&B.
Things to Bring to Practice
~Fins/Flippers
~Shoes and Socks***
~Water Bottle
~Goggles
~Kick Board
~Pull Bouy
Swimmers Should be Prepared for Practice
by
~Stretching ALL major muscle groups
~Going to the bathroom before practice!!!
~Swimmers should be eating bananas and drinking orange juice to
prevent cramping.
