As you know nutrition is a vital key
to swimmer’s performance in practice and at meets.
Parents please talk to your athlete about nutrition and help
guide them to make wise food choices each day (and we know our
teachers will be happy and so will you as you will have a happier,
more energetic, more focused child if they have good
nutrition). It will help them for life!
