How to Cancel or Suspend Membership: Please send e-mail notifications to quit to email@example.com at least one week prior to the end of the month to allow for processing. This information will be noted on your Team Unify account and billing will be discontinued.
Free Trial Policy: We offer a one time discounted Starting Month to sample the program before joining. This trial month is a special $40 introductory rate will allow you to try out our program further and see if it fits your fitness needs. MONTHLY Billing will follow at the normal fee until advised by email to stop membership one week prior to the end of the month to allow for processing.
Insurance Policy: All Masters Swimmers must be registered with Pacific Masters Swimming for insurance purposes. To register please visit www.usms.org and press the "Join/Renew USMS" button.
Online Registration System: New swimmers must register with Santa Clara Swim Club using the online platform Team Unify. You can register with Team Unify here.
Payment Information: Your first payment for the program must be done by credit card. This payment will be applied manually to the current month of enrollment. All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month.
One week recess in August: There is a one week recess for all coaches and swimmers every August. The whole club is shut down for all programs and events on dates that will be distributed in advance. This week is also a transition week between the summer schedule and the fall schedule.
Closures : Due to some Holidays, or City Pool closings, some sessions are canceled. During the two week period of Christmas/New Years schedules are usually adjusted. Schedules will be update during the holiday period. Other closures due periodically are due to swim meets or other City Park events. SCSC observes the following holidays: New Years Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, we are closed
City Closure (unexpected): The City of Santa Clara, unscheduled will shut down the pool for brief periods during the year. We do the best possible to find alternative pools if closures are for extended periods. In these cases, we ask for patience.
