Meet Guidelines

šBring suit, warm-ups, two pairs of goggles and two caps

šArrive on time and report to coach immediately

šComplete the warm-up as directed by coach

šHelp with the Team Cheer

šKnow and be ready for your events and relays

šMeet with the coach before and after each event

šBe supportive all your teammates – cheer them on

šDemonstrate good sportsmanship behavior at all times

šClean up your area before leaving the facility

šHave Fun!
