Meet Entry Info

How to enter a Swim Meet with CAAT:  

All CAAT swimmers are encouraged to fully embrace the challenge and enjoyment of team competitions.  CAAT swimmers in competitive training groups are expected to participate fully in each competitive season, attending all, or at least most meets.  Fitness and pre-competitive CAAT swimmers are encouraged to participate at a level appropriate for their interest, and development level.

To enter a meet you must sign up online here at the CAAT website prior to the CAAT meet entry deadline.  You must be a current CAAT member and logged in to the system to sign up for a meet.    Once logged in, click on the "Attend this event" button.   Swimmers are asked to indicate their event preference when signing up for the meet, but the coaches may be adjust the selected races at their discretion.  Swimmers should consult with their coaches on the events they should swim and any other questions they have.

Please note that the CAAT meet entry deadline is usually at least a couple weeks prior to the event and earlier than the deadline listed in the official meet info.  This allows time for our team’s entries to be processed and to improve our chances of getting into meets that are popular and sometimes fill up early.

You will be respobsible for all meet enty fees for meets and events that you sign up for regardless if the swimmer attends.  The fees will be added to your invoice that is sent each session.
