Practice Schedule

 

    

Sept 9th - June 22nd

Bronze:        Monday - Friday @ 5- 6PM       *5 practices per week maximum
 
Silver:          Monday - Friday @ 4:30 - 6PM   *5 practices per week maximum
 
Gold:            Monday - Friday @ 4:30 - 6PM
                      Saturday @ 8-10AM               *6 practices per week maximum
 

Senior Development:  

                     Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday @ 5:30 - 7AM

                    (may choose up to two weekday morning practices)
                     Monday - Friday @ 4:00 - 6:30PM
                     Saturday @ 7:30  - 10AM
                     *8 practices per week maximum
Senior:        Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday @ 5:30- 7AM
                    Monday - Friday @ 4:00 - 6:30PM
                    Saturday @ 7:30 - 10AM
                   
 
Adult Fitness/Masters: 
                      Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday  5:30-7AM & Sat. 7:30-10 AM
                      *3 practices max
