Setting Up Your Account

How do I receive an account?
After completing the free two-week trial period, you will receive an email with your personal password that will allow you access to your private account.

How do I set up my account?
After signing in, click on ’My Account’.  This area is for parent/guardian information. Please take a minute to update your account information.  Click on the ’Save Account Changes’ button when you are finished.

At the bottom of the ’My Account’ page you will see ’Members Under this Account’.  Click on your swimmer’s name (families with multiple swimmers will see a list of each of their children).  You should now be on the ’Member/Athlete Profile page’ (this area is for swimmers’ information).  Please update your swimmer’s information; feel free to add a photo and bio if you’d like.  The ID Card # is your swimmer’s USA Swimming ID number.  You can find your USA Swimming ID number on your membership card or use the ‘Build’ feature.  Before using the ‘Build’ button make sure the swimmer’s name (including initial) and birth date are correct.  You must make sure the ID Card# is entered correctly for the ’My Meet Results’ feature on the website to work.  Click on the ’Save Account Changes’ button when you are finished.

Remember to keep your email address, mailing address and phone number current!

Who can view my personal account information?
You and NWAC administration.

Using ’My Meet Results’

Why doesn’t the ’My Meet Results’ feature work for me?
For NWAC swimmers: Make sure you are signed in and that your USA Swimming ID number is correct (see above "How do I set up my account?").
For Master swimmers: ’My Meet Results’ is not currently set up for master results.

I used the ’Build’ button to create my ’ID Card#’ (USA Swimming ID number) and ’My Meet Results’ still doesn’t work?
The USA Swimming ID number must be correct to use ’My Meet Results’.
1. Check your USA Swimming ID card for your correct ID number.
2. Try to build your own number:  The USA Swimming ID number is based on the swimmers birth date and name.  The format is (with no commas or spaces):  mmddyy, first 3 letters of first name, middle initial, first 4 letters of last name.  Asterisks * are used to fill an empty space.  Examples:

Janice L. Water
born May 3, 1991
050391JANLWATE

Jason Splash
born Dec. 17, 1996
121796JAS*SPLA

Randi T. Fry
born Sep. 12, 1998
091298RANTFRY*

The most common problem is the middle initial.  Try using the initial, if that doesn’t work try with the * symbol.
3. The next time your swimmer is entered into a meet check the individual entry form.  Their ID# will be listed after their name.

Tips for using ’My Meet Results’

* If you have more than one swimmer in your family use the ’Member’ drop-down to change swimmers.
* Click on the down arrow near ’Date of Swim’ to view latest results.
* Click on the meet name to view results for all NWAC swimmers at that meet (a new window will open).  Using the same window click on the ’Relay Events’ tab to view relays, you may need to click on ’Display all’, click on the final time to view individual swimmers for that event.  Hint: Use the ’LSC-Team’ drop-down to narrow results if needed.

Using the Member Directory

How can I contact other NWAC/NWM members?
Click on the ’Member’ button under the navigation bar.  You must be signed in to use this feature.

Why am I not listed in the member directory?
Go to ’My Account’, in the ’Member Search’ drop-down make sure ’Yes-I want to participate’ (recommended setting) is selected. Remember to click on the ’Save Account Changes’ button when you are finished.

Who can view member directory information?
Signed-in members of North Whidbey Aquatic Club, North Whidbey Masters and coaches.
