2009 Registration

Registration for new and returning families
Registration is still open. Please download the registration form and parent work agreement below, fill them out, and mail them with your check to DHST, PO Box 698, Clayton CA 94517 Registration fees for summer swimming will be $335 for the first swimmer, $215 for the second swimmer and $185 for each additional swimmer. Registration fees for all 15-18 years olds will be $150 per swimmer.
