Work Assignments

ATTENTION PARENTS:
If you cannot make a work assignment, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement to work for you. Your replacement must be at least 15 years of age and must inform the Meet Director(s) that they are filling in for you (so you can get credit for the assignment). Also, you can arrange to switch dates with other parents. Use our bulletin board if you need to trade or exchange work dates.

If a parent fails to work an assigned meet, that parent will be fined $25 (per meet) AND the family’s swimmers will not be scheduled into future meets until payment is made. If your replacement does not show up, you are still responsible for the missed work assignment. Of course, we will take into consideration a true emergency situation which prohibits you from working at a specific meet. We need all parents’ participation to make our meets successful.
