Spring Practice

     Spring Practice Schedule April 1st-June 5th

 All swimmers should have a WATER BOTTLE, fins, goggles, practice swimsuit, (no trunks), sunscreen and a
     
towel.  All swimmers must have tennis shoes for the dryland portion of practice everyday.

Experienced swimmers who’ve mastered all strokes, working on perfecting technique.

High School Swimmers 

     * Swimmers will be placed in the appropriate level workout at the discretion of the coaching staff. 
          A level roster will be posted
on the swim team bulletin board at GRRC.
 
     * Each level includes 30 minutes of dryland training time prior to/or after getting in/out of the water.
        Please arrive on time,
ready to practice.
