WATER BOTTLE, fins,
goggles, practice swimsuit, (no trunks), sunscreen and
a
towel. All swimmers must have tennis
shoes for the dryland portion of practice
everyday.

* Each level includes 30 minutes of
dryland training time prior to/or after getting in/out of the
water.
