Head Coach - Ross Hawks
Ross started swimming in high school at Morse High in Bath, Maine from 2003-2006. After his freshman year he also joined the club team at the Bath Area YMCA which is Long Reach Swim Club (LRSC). His senior year of high school they won the Maine State Championship, and he finished 9th in the 100 back and 15th in the 200 free, as well as swimming in the 200 free relay which finished 8th.
Ross started coaching for LRSC in 2007, and continued to swim for them, and coached at the YMCA short course national championships in 2010.
Ross moved down to Virginia in 2013, and has coached with SNOW since then. This is his third year with SNOW, where he works with kids from 6 years old up to 13 year olds. Ross loves the northern Virginia area and is looking forward to this summer!
Assistant Head Coach - Alex Hamilton
Alex has just graduated Loudoun County High School where he was a member of the swim team. He has been a Greenway Gator since he was 7.
Junior Coach - Annabelle Smith
Annabelle will be one of the junior coaches this year for the Greenway Gators! She's been on the swim team since she was about 8 and really loves swimming. She's looking forward to this season! She will be running the Mini Program.
Junior Coach - Caroline Layne
Caroline is 16. This is her third year on the Greenway Gators but her 13th year swimming on a team. She swims with the Blue wave swim team and Ashburn and used to swim for Stone Ridge sharks. This is her 3nd year Jr. coaching and has a job as a swim instructor at swim kids! Caroline is looking forward to work with everyone this summer!
