Swimmer Eligibility
All Springbrook Swimmers shall meet the following
Walnut Creek Swim Conference eligibility requirements: a. The
swimmer did not swim for a U.S.S. Team since the previous December
of the current, and b. The swimmer’s 19th birthday is not
before June 15th of the current year.
Determination
What age group your child will swim is determined by
your child’s age as of June 15th, 2009. If a swimmer’s
birthday is after June 15th, he/she will remain in the age group
they were in before his/her birthday.
Swim Team Conduct
All swimmers and parents will be held accountable
for their respective actions during all official Swim Team
activities, including practice, swim meets and social gatherings.
Misconduct in the form of vandalism, fighting or any other behavior
deemed to be outside generally accepted good conduct may be cause
for suspension or expulsion. The Swim Team Director(s) will
determine what disciplinary action will be
taken.
Conference Rules
In order to qualify to
swim at conference, the swimmer MUST have swum in a
minimum of 2 Conference swim meets through out the year: Sun
Valley,
Indian
Valley
, Dewing, Larkey,
Walnut
Heights
, Rudgear Estates, Rudgear Meadows. There is
no exception. A report prior to the meet will be run on each
swimmer entered into conference reporting if they have met this
qualification
