MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW FAMILIES


The Community Swim Club is accepting applications for General Membership.  A .pdf file of the application, which may be printed and mailed, is available here:  Community Swim Club Membership Application

Families considering membership are welcome to contact the membership coordinator at membership@communityswimclub.com for more information and to arrange a tour of the swim club.

Applications must include the application fee and letters of recommendation from three current CSC members. Once your application is deemed complete and has been approved by the CSC Board, you will be notified that your name has been placed on the General Membership Waiting List. Upon your receipt of an offer for membership to CSC, you have two (2) weeks to accept this offer and to submit payment of the Initiation and Bond Fees to CSC. Full payment of the annual dues will be required prior to the beginning of the season. Prorated dues payment will be required for memberships offered during the season.

 

DUES INFORMATION FOR CURRENT MEMBERS

Send dues prior to March 31st each year.

Dues postmarked after March 31st will incur a late fee (see below).

Your canceled check is your receipt.

Make check payable to Community Swim Club and write your family name on the memo line.  See amounts below.

DUES AMOUNTS prior to 3/31/18:

General Membership Dues:  $600

Senior Associate (Couple) Dues:  $265

Senior Single Dues:  $155

Master Couple Dues:  $300

Master Single Dues:  $190

 

  • 4/1/18-4/10/18, dues will incur a $50 late fee.
  • After 4/10/18, dues will incur a $100 late fee.

 

TERMINATING MEMBERSHIPS/REDEEMING BONDS

Current members wishing to redeem their bond should consult the following:  Procedures for Terminating Membership.  Bond and termination paperwork must be postmarked by March 31st to avoid penalties.  AFTER MARCH 31st, A $100 PENALTY WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE STANDARD BOND REFUND.

 

APPLICATION TO REGISTER BABYSITTERS
 
Members who use a babysitter or nanny to help with childcare over the summer need to complete an application and register their sitter/nanny with the club.  When the sitter/nanny is at the pool with your children and you are not present, no fee is required.  If the sitter/nanny is present when you, the member, is present, the sitter/nanny must pay the guest fee.    Please submit the completed application at the front desk.
