White

The White group is CSA’s introductory competitive group is for swimmers preparing for participating in USA Swimming meets. Emphasis is on learning the fundamentals of the four strokes, starts, turns, practice structure and decorum, and basic conditioning.

Recommended attendance: 3 practices/week

Practices:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: CLU pool 4:45-6:00 PM

Tuesday/Thursday: Rancho Simi pool 4:45-6:00 PM

Cost: $50 annual registration fee, $55 USA Swimming annual membership, $95 per month

Equipment needed: Kickboard, pull buoy, fins
