Senior I / National

The Senior I / National group is an elite training group preparing swimmers for Sectionals, Nationals, and beyond. Training includes 9-10 swimming sessions per week, 2-3 strength training sessions per week, core strength work, and running. Emphasis is on setting and achieving goals via a comprehensive competitive swimming program. Focus is on understanding training principles, setting and achieving goals and maximizing realized potential.  

 

Recommended attendance: There is an assumption of 100% attendance with absences for good reason (school, church, family, illness)

Equipment needed: Kickboard, pull buoy, fins, paddles, snorkel

Schedule:

MWF: 5:00-6:45am Rancho Simi *beginning Sept 7

MWF: 4:15-7:00pm CLU *dryland 4:15-5:00

T/Th: 4:45-7:00pm CLU 

Saturday: 7:00-9:30am Rancho Simi
