TIMES: Group times as listed above are subject to change depending on the season. Check the team website NEWS for updates.
 
COMPETITION: Competitions will be provided one weekend every month.
 
COACHES: All coaches are certified and members of United States Swimming.
 
TO REGISTER: Team placement test and registration will be at the SMCHS pool starting at 6:45 PM on every Tuesday and Thursday except on major holidays.
