TEAM SUITS & OTHER EQUIPMENT
Following completion of team
registration, your child will be provided a team H2A cap. Any team
member interested in a team t-shirt or sweat shirt should complete
a clothing order form that can be found in the green storage box on
the pool deck. Other equipment your child will need will be
specific to their assigned group, but will include practice suits,
practice caps, goggles, and swim fins.
If you sign your child up for
the Hurricanes program, your child will receive 2 HHH (Hilton Head
Hurricanes) swim caps. Your child will receive a yellow and a blue
cap. These caps are to be worn at the Hurricanes Mini-Meets and the
color worn designates which team your child will be representing
for that day. Please bring both caps to all Hurricane
Mini-Meets.
H2A
Team Suits, available from our primary supplier Augusta Swim
Supply, (http://www.augustaswim.com/) or call toll-free at 888-799-SWIM), should be worn only at meets,
as they wear out rather quickly through contact with pool
chemicals. Be sure to mention our team name to ensure ordering the
proper suit.
Go-Tri Sports (a team corporate
sponsor) and Player’s World, are good, local sources of the
orange and blue swim fins needed in AG I, AG II, and AGIII,
goggles, practice caps and suits. Please see your child’s
coach for other equipment needed for AG IV, and the Senior
Group.
Augusta Swim Supply visits our
location a few times each year to fit suits and to offer other
apparel and equipment. Other team apparel can be ordered, and the
H2A logo can be imprinted on team bags and clothing. Contact our
team clothing representative for additional details and help.
Flyers will be distributed prior to taking team clothing or
equipment special orders. The following are examples of various
team apparel items you may buy. We have a new Team Apparel Policy
noted below.
