The Fremont Times
Well here we are at the beginning of a new
season. The high school season went great, but it’s behind us
now. It’s time to get back in the water and work on some of
the technical aspects that we don’t have enough time for
during hard training. From now until January we will be working out
Monday through Friday from 3:15 – 5:30. When January hits we
will start 2 a day workouts.
Our taper meet for the winter season is
Senior State in March. Our season in a nutshell is to work on
technique and lift in Nov. and Dec., do heavy lifting and training
in Jan. and Feb., then taper in March for a big State
meet.
Team dues and yearly fees need to be collected as soon as possible.
The normal routine is to have all accounts paid by the
10th of each month. Since this newsletter is out later
than usual, let’s try to be squared up by this Friday, Nov.
20th. Following are the dues and papers
needed:
Yearly Fees:
100.00 by check made out to: EVCF
This covers your USA card for 2010, t-shirt,
and cap.
Monthly Dues:
125.00 by check made out to: MPS
This is the one that you get the first 400
back in your AZ. state tax return. There is no Jr. High group with
Mike anymore so all swimmers will owe the same
125.00
All swimmers please go to our website,
(mesaaquatics.org) and download the MAC registration form and
Medical form. I would like those papers filled out for my records
for the new season.
Swimmers new to the team:
Go to the website at mesaaquatics.org and
download the following forms:
MAC Registration Form
MAC Medical Form
USA Swimmer Form
Copy of Birth Certificate
For swimmers transferring in form another
team:
Do the same as the swimmers new to the team
but also download the USA transfer form.
