Marlins Swim Team Handbook
Joining
and being a part of a sports team can be at times a confusing and
somewhat frustrating time for a parent. The Sierra Marlins
Board of Directors understands how you feel, since each of us has
been in your shoes at one time or another. To help you with some of
the questions can crop up along the way, we are distributing
to you the new 2009/10 Sierra Marlins Swim Team
Handbook.
The
handbook contains detailed guidelines and policies for swimmers and
parents. The handbook also outlines what you can expect from
the coaches including an idea of the groups and training programs.
Please note that this document will continue to evolve as we
evolve as a club, so when updates/revisions are made we
will alert you to ensure you are always kept in the
loop.
We are
confident this document will answer most of your questions as the
season progresses, but please don’t hesitate to ask a board
member regarding anything you don’t
understand. We’re here to help you!
