  • Get better every day! 
  • Set goals – Seasonal & Career (Daily improvement to achieve your goals)
  • Focus on SCY swimming:
    • Underwater work – 5th stroke
    • Power – Walls, explosive push, power swimming

 

 

Senior Group Training Equipment:
       All equipment goes into an equipment bag and everything has your name on it. 
 
  1. Snorkle
  2. Fins – Long Fins
  3. Paddles
  4. Pull Buoy
  5. Finger Paddles
  6. Tennis Shoes – Kicking (Boat shoes with lighter soles are best)
  7. Sponge – Provided by coach
