SSCD Swimming Application:

  • TRYOUT - Please read and fill out the form below, once completed, bring the forms to the pool upon arrival for your try-out.  To schedule a tryout click on the 'Schedule a Try-out' button on the SSCD home page. An SSCD coach will contact you to arrange a date/time for a try-out.
