Swimming Programs offered by Sienna Plantation Aquatics

Sienna Plantation Aquatics (SPA) offers programs and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of theSienna Plantation Aquaticsto offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.  Our programs start with our Learn-to-Swim instructional program (SPA School of Fish) and continue through our upper level groups which feature swimmers competing at the National level, along with adult swimming groups.  For specific program details please contact the coaching staff and/or School of Fish administrator at 281-778-FAST for more information.

Nemo Group (2 days per week)         The Nemo Group is a developmental "entry level” competitive swimming group for athletes making the transition from an instructional program or summer recreational league to year round competitive swimming.  This program is for athletes 4-8 years of age who are legal in two strokes and have knowledge of all four strokes.  The Nemo Group swimmers practice twice per week for 45 minutes each session.  The Nemo group swimmers are encouraged, but not required to compete in competitions.
