Looking for an opportunity to maintain or enhance your swimming skills?

SUNN Swimming can provide the right training for you. SUNN offers a High School pre-season training program offered twice a year: during the Winter between Water Polo and Swimming Seasons and during the Summer. 

The program is open to High School Athletes with emphasis on preparing the high school swim or water polo seasons, improve stroke technique, elevate physical conditioning, and develop high school event specific race strategies.

Why SUNN? During the high school season you may have noticed many SUNN swimmers. These athletes continue to work on their swimming throughout the year. Our goal is to help you develop and maintain your abilities at their highest level in preparation for your high school swim and water polo season.

Dates: Monday, November 12 , through Friday, January 25, 2013

Practices are offered 5 times per week Monday through Friday, 3:45 to 5:45 pm, under the direction of our professional coaching staff.
