Pre/Senior

 

M, T, W, TH        5:40pm – 7:45pm (in pool)            

M, W                   5:15pm – 5:45pm (dry land)

FR                       4:45pm – 6:30pm (in pool)

FR                       4:15pm – 4:45pm (dry land)

 

This level of training is geared towards state, regional and national competition. Five practices weekly with 4 practices required for Pre/Seniors. All swimmers in this group are required to contribute ten (10) hours to volunteer / fund raising / team events and actively participate in the summer program.
