Meet Entry Procedures
Signing up for meets
is quick and easy!
First, you must have
a valid log in. If you don’t, please contact swimvacs@gmail.com.

The coach will send an email
when the meet is open for sign up. In the email is a link for the
meet. Simply click it and log in.

From there, the swimmer name(s)
will be listed at the bottom.

Click on the swimmer you wish
to sign up, and choose ‘YES, please sign up [swimmer] for
this event.’

For coach's choices, simply
type “Coach’s Choice” in the Notes box and click
Save Changes.

To select your own
events, check the events you wish to swim and click Save
Changes.
** If no events are listed, the hosting team has not provided the
setup file yet.
If you do not have
the coach’s email, it is just as easy. On the home page
of this site, right after you log in, the current meets are listed
on the right. Just click attend this event and follow the rest
of the directions above.
TO VIEW THE MEET INVITATION including start times
and directions, click the name of the meet on the events
list. A link to the meet invitation will always
be included.
